Our primary goal is to preserve an accurate, well-researched retrospective that honors the Esposito family's six decades of service to Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, while documenting the culinary interventions introduced by Gordon Ramsay during the Kitchen Nightmares Season 6 filming in June 2012.
